D’Olier Street offers two seatings for dinner: An early seating from 5 - 5:45 pm, and a later seating starting at 8:15 pm. Our Friday lunch service is from 12 - 12:45 pm.

Guests have the option to sit around a chef’s counter or at a table in the dining room. At the chef’s counter, guests sit side by side and have a bird’s eye view of the action in the kitchen. In the dining room, guests sit across from each other at a standard individual table. Both options have the same style chair, the same menu, and the same service.

2024 Holiday Bookings

We are currently accepting bookings for the 2024 holiday season. In addition to our usual hours, we will be adding a lunch service on Thursdays and Saturdays starting 5 December through 21 December.

We will also be open Sunday 22 December and Monday 23 December for dinner, as well as Sunday 29 December and 30 December for dinner.

We will be open on New Year’s Eve from 1 - 10 pm.
